Hyatt Regency Ho Tram Resort & Spa has a scale of 9,01ha including a 16-storey hotel block with a capacity of 280 rooms; the Forest Hill Retreat Spa area up to 10,000 square meters which will be deployed with an international standard detox spa model and the Hyatt Regency Ho Tram Residences - the first Hyatt Regency villa in the South.

Le Méridien Resort & Spa Đà Nẵng

Le Méridien Da Nang Resort & Spa has a scale of up to 12 hectares, the construction density of the whole project is only about 25%, including a 5-star hotel with 320 rooms and apartments and villas with the brand Le Méridien Residences.
